About Lola Clark

Lola is an artist, wellness educator, and lifelong creative whose work celebrates the connection between art, health, and intentional living. She believes that creativity is not simply something we make—it is a way of living that brings beauty, purpose, and joy to everyday life.

Lola studied at Laguna College of Art + Design, with an emphasis in design, life drawing, watercolor, and ceramics. Her love of classical calligraphy, watercolor, and mixed media grew from an early creative spark into a distinctive artistic style that celebrates authentic self-expression. Whether painting, keeping a travel sketchbook, or exploring mixed media, she encourages others to embrace creativity with confidence and curiosity.

A passionate advocate for sustainable slow fashion, Lola embraces a lifestyle centered on thoughtfully curated vintage and thrifted clothing. She believes that choosing pre-loved pieces not only lessens our impact on the planet but also encourages individuality and self-expression. Her artistic eye extends beyond the canvas, inspiring others to see clothing, home, food, and everyday life as opportunities for creativity and mindful living.

Her passion for wellness is equally rooted in a lifetime of learning. Having trained with leading chefs in the world of raw and plant-based cuisine, Lola has developed her own vibrant collection of recipes that blend artistry with nourishment. A vegetarian since the age of fifteen, she is deeply committed to organic, sustainable gardening and believes that food can be both beautiful and healing. She is a graduate of the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Program from eCornell, where she furthered her study of whole-food, plant-based nutrition and its role in lifelong health.

As a respected expert in formulating exquisite natural skincare, spa products, and botanical herbal preparations, Lola has spent decades blending science, nature, and artistry. She is passionate about sharing this knowledge through teaching, inspiring others to embrace radiant health through whole-food nutrition, movement, creativity, and natural healing.

A CIDESCO Diplomate—the world’s most prestigious international qualification in beauty and spa therapy—Lola also holds licenses in Esthetics, Massage Therapy, and Nail Technology and is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. With more than four decades in the spa and holistic wellness industry, she believes in truly “walking the talk.” Her commitment to lifelong learning has taken her to exceptional spas around the world, where she continues to study global wellness traditions while maintaining her own daily practices of self-care, yoga, creativity, and mindful living.

For more than twenty-five years, Lola has served as Lead Esthetician and Spa Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, where she is known for her expertise, mentorship, and compassionate approach to wellness. She creates luxurious, results-oriented experiences while helping clients discover that lasting beauty begins with health, balance, and self-care.

Whether through art, skincare, yoga, plant-based living, sustainable fashion, travel, or teaching, Lola’s mission is to inspire others to cultivate a creative, healthy, and meaningful life. She believes it is never too late to learn something new, create something beautiful, or become the most vibrant version of yourself.
